Giving crystals as gifts?

If you wanted to give someone a piece of crystal jewellry as a gift what would be a good one especially if they like them for their prettiness rather than their properties?

I would say any crystal that is given from a place of love is the "correct" one. You could also tailor the crystal to suite the needs of the individual that you are giving it to. Such as rose quartz for love or to bring in love. Jade or Citrine to attract money and good fortune into their life. Things of that nature.

Ive only ever given them to family (im no mates girl) but if they are attracted to one then i gift it to themxxxx(and when they have gone i look it up in my book to give me an idea why they might need it)

I think that as with any present...if you have the person you're giving it to in mind when you choose...then the gift should be perfect for them...whatever they wish to do with it.

Cunningly thinking, i would try to perceive what's missing from the life of the person who will receive the gift. Then i'd choose something attractive made of the appropriate crystal in an attempt to combine the joy of receiving something he/she would like, but having a beneficial effect to that person as well. Buddha's middle road is always the best !
