This little girl died of pneumonia in 1920. Recently there have been reports that her eyes were blinking. Explanations have ranged from haunted spirits to what ever. Its thought that the drastic temperature changes in the catacombs are causing it. Her body is located in the Capuchin Catacombs.

The little girls body is located in the glass top coffin on the right.

I remember the Catacombs.....eerie place to view....
i remember seeing the child in question....There was a special area which featured children....how amazing that this has happened....

If you are very sensitive,I would advise you not to go.  There are rows and rows of 'dead' bodies, positioned in grotesque poses.

Once living people who lived their lives as we do.  Preserved for ever.
I keep on about the atmosphere but it is strong.   Not of peace but just death!  It is very quiet there, not a sound, everyone whispers.
Remember in the old days, embarming wasn't known as we know it now.

    Shivers...

Just thought...look on the net and see if it shows you anything about the history of the place.

No, not sensitive at all. I have researched this on the web is I am familiar with it. Might just place this on my blog as well.
