US holiday -Thanksgiving and Christmas

I did not want to tell my family that I did not like the way they celebrated Thanksgiving or Christmas because it is not festive it is ran like another day with a common meal for the family.
Explanation:
 The whole family gets together in the dining room to share cereal as a holiday treat of celebration. 
(that cereal was just milk and grains just like another other day and was not even oatmeal)

Every Thanksgiving we name the turkey Miles Standish before roasting it.

Did you do anything special about praying to it's spirit?

starts by a cleaned out home - on bustle on money afford [ foods ] - looking like strong off for sweet up solid co-motion all day. 'execution peace / fortunate' that by then, a grumblin smaller less don't gots that don`t matter [ - ie - it's about thank and food from long time ]. and we sit down and thank - and we didn't go bullshidos - so like peace payday thank. we celebrate our own, throb and genuine thanksgiving upheaval - we're just encourage that day, we just like to be alive.

does it always have to be with food, i'm thinking to get me cozy- 'sea buisket' me brisked and warm my heart and not daring to contemplate on all the stupido and training day rest and breeze me a candle for glow like a treasure troll roll, one for da prize up quiet cherish hollidays inn.. .
