How is this done and for what reason, it's something I heard someone mention a couple of weeks ago.

Re: Brushing the aura?
We did this in a workshop I went to. We had partners and with both hands, using the flat of each hand together...starting at the front and top of the other person's aura, we used downward strokes to the floor and moved around the person doing the downward strokes as we moved.
At the back, the stroking was a little different as the aura streams out behind , so the strokes were down and out towards the floor. Our tutor said it was to tone up and smooth the aura...like you would brushing hair.

Re: Brushing the aura?
Sorry Feather only just seen your reply, thanks for that In that case if you felt a bit worse for wear theoretically this could help do you think?
.Changing the subject a little I saw one the other day, funny how it happens when you're not even looking for it.

Re: Brushing the aura?
You can easily polish your aura in the shower too, allowing the water to stream over yourself and then following with smoothing hands. The more practiced you are the more you will able to feel the layers, often as a pressure field, bouncing your hand away from the skin.
