Just wanted to share our experience. Back history - Adam (my husband) almost died in late February after a stroke/cardiac event, he came out of it totally blind, unable to move the left side of his body, too weak to even feed himself. No insurance meant no rehabilitation, no doctors help, so we made a plan to do this healing together, on our own. The first few days were hairy...it was touch and go a lot of times. But we just went with it, we're go-with-the-flow kind of people. After about a month, he was stable, meaning we never he would not die as a result of the stroke/cardiac damage. At this time I chose to begin crystal healing, using hematite (1), clear quartz (3), and rose quartz (1) for 90 seconds a day. We continued this for 3 days the first week, 4 days the next week, 5 days the next week, until we reached 7 days.
Energy center cleansing was evident after the first treatment and continued to intensify after the second and third, and continued for 3 days after the last treatment. (If you're wondering what that looks like, its organ cleansing in every energy center - the skull, throat, gallbladder, heart, lungs, liver, pancreas, intestines and colon, the skin, all purge the waste that accumulated and that caused the stroke). Lots of stinky breath, smelly sweat, diarrhea, hocking up black fluid from the lungs, changes in appetite, craving for health and well being, sleeping cycle changes, clearer thinking, and a lot of purging (crying) as the energy centers balance, emotional release happens. He's able to walk, talk, do almost everything he could prior to the stroke, he can also see again (100%). An underlying health condition (pancreatitis) has also been reversing itself, because it simply cannot exist when the soul and mind agree to something else.
The healing begins, centered on the first focal points that the crystals are placed on during the healing sessions, and then over time and exposure, the healing spreads outward until every cell, physical and etherical, is matched in this energy exchange that takes place during healing. It's been a humbling awareness.
