I use these colors in exercises. It's what I call "Third Eye Karate"

The colors can be used to defend against ( - ) energies.

Visualize a red dodecahedron around your aura for defense, and focus on the shape and it's energy.
With defense being the intention you will be shielded. :)

Pink Red Orange Yellow Green Blue Purple Indigo Violet Pure Light - & Beyond

google - "color psychology" or use ixquick.com
    also research "color music frequencies"

next , get into water and it's memory holding properties. oh yes. google "dr emotto water" his research will blow your mind.

Have heard of Colour Psychology before, very interesting subject.
Are you saying that we can be drawn to certain colours?
Or certain colours can aid us in our quest for certain ambitions?

It's used every day Joanie have you ever noticed dr's and dentists often have soft green walls particularly in waiting rooms sometimes with fishtanks and plants green is seen as relaxing and soothing, calming , sometimes blue is used for healing/calm, people often pick bold colours for interviews which scream 'power' dark blues (authority,) red (power,) nurses used to wear (not so much now )blues or greens, paramedics and ambulance drivers often wear green, it really is all around us.

Yeah they're getting a bit fur coat and no knickers these days, pretty walls and curtains don't keep the floors clean and the bedpans washed and nurses hands busy
