Visualize a red dodecahedron around your aura for defense, and focus on the shape and it's energy.
With defense being the intention you will be shielded. :)

It's used every day Joanie have you ever noticed dr's and dentists often have soft green walls particularly in waiting rooms sometimes with fishtanks and plants green is seen as relaxing and soothing, calming , sometimes blue is used for healing/calm, people often pick bold colours for interviews which scream 'power' dark blues (authority,) red (power,) nurses used to wear (not so much now )blues or greens, paramedics and ambulance drivers often wear green, it really is all around us.

Now you mentioned this,I noticed when I visited the hospital the other day,the various colours of some of the rooms.....Honest to God,it was rather like visiting a hotel than a hospital...

Every colors go shreddery [ talking about crisp clear alone n only ]. Colors up on good crayoned - are set on a quality item like a lipstick - a sports car - a dish - a luxurious sofa, not on some thing brum'ed, some thing resourceful and straight for the look - only then does color go important and can be placed as skill to the eyees as thera-pie. Your gut tiny feel says peach makes some up humane, purple makes some up stronged, black makes some up normal, the U.S.A. flag makes some up love - normal and peace. To chalk some color in your vains like progressive [ coloring ] technolgy batteries, feel loved it's good for mama and papa maybe like summer set instead of brat.
