There's no definate answer, because there is no proof, but i watched a video by "spirit science" about sacred geometry, and if you're familiar of the topic, you've heard of "the fruit of life" and the "flower of life", and most crop cirles are in shapes like those. That being said, people think aliens did it to give us knowledge. Nobody knows for sure though :P

I recall watching a TV programme on Crop Circles a few years ago, where some people openly discussed how each circle was made. It was an interesting programme and the people who were filmed did it as a prank, yet they were regularly doing this.
On Qi, another tv show, they were in the audience and explained again how they made them.
Admittedly , they may not be the only people doing crop circles. Though I don't believe they are anything supernatural.

I seem to remember that program,Sky....and wasn't it suggested that space ships were responsible for them as well? Landing in the fields was one reason.

Yes, it was stated some people believe this phenomena is down to aliens etc. I think that's what these people want to believe Joan, it adds a bit of mystery to the situation. I'm not knocking UFO's here but I do wonder why would they choose to bother doing crop circles. Surely they would have better things to do, wouldn't you think so?

Like i said... the crop circles are in shapes like "the flower of life" and "the fruit of life", which are important figures that describe how we were formed, etc.
So it could be aliens - or even intelligent humans- that made these possibly to teach us what the figures are. Look them up for more info.

Conspiracy Theory is behind a lot of it SV. Like the Ancient Alien Theory and other stuff. There is a lot out there that cannot be explained by science or religion maybe man was not mean't to understand it but just accept it and go on. Frankly I believe that crop circles are man made and not the doings of some extra-terrestial craft or beings.

There are levels of radiation within the area of the crop circle, but nothing outside of them.
Mainly observed in wheat and cornfields.
The stalks are never crushed or cut. They delicately bent into the form viewed.
The patterns made are of geometric precision, where it is made up of layers. so precise it would take more than one night for a human to do it.
There has been no evidence to suggest the true crop circles and not the fake ones that any human on foot or vehicle or dropped in by helicopter to move to and from these sites without leaving a trace.
The intricacies of the geometric patterns are so incredibly complex that it would be more of a means of communication that we cannot comprhend rather than viewed as 'artwork'.
What created these? Certainly not human.
