    My name is Shabnam.I run my spiritual group Bliss Foundation. The founder of the group is Paramahamsa Yasima. The objective is to remove human suffering through spiritual knowledge and its practices.

    You have your work cut out -  human suffering comes about for many, many reasons and spiritual knowledge and practice may do little or nothing to resolve that suffering but good luck with it all.  In return I offer you the same service - how may we here help with your own questions?
