All the time I've been meditating im feeling mainly vibrations or other times find that that I have a strong energy/pressure feeling in my stomach, the more I I observe these feelings, the more intense they get, it seems like these sensations are somewhat 'progressive' everytime meditate and im wondering where it's going to lead.
