    Not sure if this belongs in here but if not I'm sure Violet will move it to it's appropriate place Headaches 114597



    What exactly is a headache? I know they are a nuisance and I've had them but what is one exactly? Apparently the brain doesn't feel pain so it's not brain ache, and why do they always seem to come in your forehead? Or that could just be me. Do animals get them too?

    Can it sometimes be something to do with blood pressure? I think with a cold it's generally sinus aggravation, I think hormones can cause headaches too, as can dehydration and not having enough to eat.

    I don't remember a single posting of his that I've understood....  It's like he's in a world of his own, quietly talking to himself.  I don't suppose that matters as he's doing no harm.

    Just using everyday English is all that's needed - that's assuming that you want to be understood.  It can be a problem, of course, if that's not the language you regularly use.... :wink:

    You have a voice and your words are as relevant as other members on here jcam. It would be nice if you gave the opportunity for us to understand and perhaps we will hear your points of view without struggling or ignoring your posts.
