No I don't specialise in anything really, I just enjoy baking as a hobby, mostly cakes. I did excel myself for my Son's birthday and made him a cake that I'm really proud of. Yes, we had a fabulous time on holiday, 2 weeks in Spain and it was really hot and sunny! Tried Scuba diving for the first time and Kayaking. Have only been home 3 days and am just starting to feel "back to normal" again.
