Tell me about it. I think that I am drained becase I bought crystals for my girls yesterday. I clensed them all last night, then set them outside to energize, then this morning i dedicated them all then programed them all. I think I am just drained and depleated because I am sluggish. Almost fell asleep during my meditation this morning.

sometimes when you over doing it, your body and spirit let you know you need to take a break and rest, or just do simple things that you love and that make you happy.
