    Hello all

    My name is Stephanie and I am 25 years old.

    I've always been quite full of love for others but unfortanetly not for myself until April/May time last year, I had a really bad four months and through meditation (only a bit!), charka re-balancing, yoga and eating well I have found this amazing connection within myself everything matches up and it's great.

    I come on here mainly to continue my well being and to discuss various outlets of spiritual life!

    I am a pisces and like I've said I've always had spiritual innings.

    Look forward to sharing discussions with you all :)
