When I mediated the other day I have to admit I light dosed off. But was waken with the feeling of someone hugging me. I felt arms go around me and I remember seeing in my mind someone just coming up to me and giving me a huge hug. It startled me but then I realized what it was.

Interesting to see this happened shortly before your sister was poorly, our loved ones in spirit know what is coming for us and i'm sure this was reassurance/comfort in readiness for your sister being poorly.
