Calmness

I"ve finally found that calmness within myself. I can feel my innerchild nice and calm. This is my own meditation I made up last night and it went rather well.

I got myself in a nice relaxed position and started doing some breathing exercises. Once I was in a deep relaxation state I moved forward! I visualised myself in nature somewhere, Nice and refreshing, I run over to a pool of sprinkling water(healing) I washed it all over my face, it was nice and relaxing and the sun was out so next think I know is that I'm in a nice wooden cabin and when I turn around an angel says "Don't give in" agin moving forward I went into a shower of healing water pouring it all over me, I see myself get out and walking down the stairs. I see a note on the floor, It says don't give in, I carry on walking and see another one and it says you're special like everyone else, still walking I end up in the kitchen and see my loved ones, she said "don't give in" this time it I felt the energy of the words, It felt strong and emotional too the agree where I opened my eyes.

I would also say you are receiving healing to continue that healing,

Honestly, It feels so calm and positive. But only lasts for a short while.

They are giving short bursts of the peace you want and need...that will grow longer as time goes on....

'i floss myself at a thoughts, makes me comfortable and can control my temper so - like a natural'. i don't score meditation cause i like to make of myself brute, unlike gals - 'like a they're golden and they do it to be pretty and so i feel to i shouldn't'. i don't press me to argue but i do junk verbally to defend myself as hearty as i can, that way i better strong stuff on my chest later and so than so, cause i got not much to really really win by a not, by a not of a ruckus.
