So, I'm taking the time to learn to have Lucid dreams. They sound amazing? Any tips/advise?

You serm to have a lot of progress when simply setting an intention, that's the easiest (but least efficient for me).

You can also set your alarm to 6 hours after you go to sleep. Once you wake up, stand up and do something that uses your brain (read, browse on the forums) for 1 hour, then go back to sleep. This apparently helps both lucid dreaming and/or astral projection.

Good tip!  You've made me aware of something....Until I moved here,I've always settled down with a book before I dropped off to sleep.   I haven't done that for a while.....let's start the practice again.... :asmile:

Thank you spiritvoices, I'm usually not the one to give advice, and when I do it's never significantly useful, so thanks for the compliment :)
