I Need Help!

In the past 4 nights I have had 3 dreams all related to the topics of animals, prior to wanting to find my spirit animal. So far I've had owls, a wolf, a red panda, and a dog, but I can't tell which one is my permanent one, or if one of those is even it.

My problem is, is that I can't meditate with my ADD, so I'm just waiting for crystals or similar tools to help. Besides crossing my fingers and hoping for a dream to answer me, there's nothing else that I know of but meditation.
Does anybody have any suggestions to find mine? Whether it involve dreams or something entirely different? Thanks, it's bothering me that I don't know it :)

she may be able to tell you how to know which one is yours.

of course you can meditate with ADD and even with ADHD!  You just need a bit of guidance and knowhow :)

Power animals, spirit animals and animal guides all depend on one's beliefs! NA lore says we all have 9 power animals, one for each direction :)

Your spirit animal will change as you grow and mature in life.

Owl, is a quiet one, stealthy, not missing much and on the lookout all the time, they are silent and powerful and very precise. wolf is the opposite also stealthy though  but working in a pack with a strong hierachy, unless of course you saw timber wolf?

Crystals? They will most definitely help, as will a pure diet.

Go over to the Dream Interpretation forum section, and post the dreams in more detail. I need to know more, to be of any help.

These animals come to help you become more familiar with yourself. 

The panda = your strength to overcome situation, tape into your inner child for guidance 
The wolf = your ability to survive what ever path you choose
The owl = trust your inner wisdom let it be your guide
The dog = you have very loyal people/friends around you

I don't know your power animal, wishing you the best with finding out.

Most of us have several power animals, they can be all connected with you to support you. Power animals can work together just as guides do.

Just 're-reading this to find I might have been a little misleading about a red panda... For those of you who don't know, a red panda is not related to the panda family, and is a completely separate animal. I did not mean a panda that is red, I meant a red panda ;)

Lol yeah I know right? That's one of the reasons why I posted the topic; Red pandas are just oddly specific animals. It was unexpected to see an animal like that, rather than something common like a cat or something lol

Did you know it existed before you saw it or did you have to hunt the internet to find out what it was called?

I remember seeing one at a zoo a few years ago, but I had to recall exactly what one was... I already forgot what it was before my dream. I didn't remember it's characteristics either, and in my dream the face was somewhat accurate (I looked up it's face after).

So, if you go back to the zoo and try and remember what was happening, and what you saw, what the animal meant to you, what it made you feel , and what you were doing at the time, you may have an inkling of what your sub-conscious sees that animal and experience as, and why it is now being brought back to your attention :)
