Im sad about being only empathetic

I think I hear voices sometimes but I cant see the spirits I can feel them more than anything and its heartbreaking to me im less gifted than others is there a way to become full on medium. Please help

The term is empathic.   I find it very concerning that you feel you are less gifted, especially at such a young age when you have your whole life ahead of you.  What has happened to make you feel that way? You know most of the internet is full of lies, there are few true mediums!   Why do you want to be a medium? It is very hard work and can be a bit of a curse, have you seen the film The 'Hereafter' with Matt Damon?

I lost my dad and sisters and uncle and grandpa my mother abandond me and I have barley any family left that cares no friends I wanna talk to my dad and sisters and uncle and grandpa.

You have gone through a lot, far more than anyone can be expected to cope with alone. Of course you want to talk to your Dad and sisters, uncle and grandpa, that is only natural but you have said they have gone and that will be a very hard thing to have to accept and move on from. Did you get any grief counselling at all?

nope i didn't get any grief counseling.

I have never looked at being empathic as a curse, more of a tool  -   If I can help someone just by tuning in their moods etc  - then I will  - bit like forearmed is forewarned lol..  our struggles makes us stronger and more knowledgeable .

I think that it would really help you come to terms with your experiences, have you asked your doctor for help?

 If a medium feel that mediumship is a curse or a burden, perhaps they should do us all a favour and stop developing or working as one.

If only it was that simple!  Take it you haven't seen the film then Skye?

As much as I like Matt Damon when I saw a clip (trailer) of 'The Hereafter' I wasn't impressed at the time and haven't considered watching it since. Hollywood hype comes to mind, although some people will disagree as they may have liked the film. I know people who enjoyed it but a few more didn't.

Perhaps then you need to learn how to control it. Turn it on and off, shield yourself and use protection and grounding?

Youre right, its not a gift because we're all born empathetic

Even Adolf Hitler and Pol Pot,you can't be serious,everyone is not born empathic,only some are and I know that by being around,greedy,selfish and self centered folk!
So I disagree with that statement,its false and misleading.

also   crystal  you  mentioned   that mediumship   can be a  bit of  a  curse ,id  like to  no  why  you  said that  please,was you  saying  that you felt  that ,at  some  stage
