I was writing a post about how mediation and spiritual energies is a new thing for me. Unfortunately, I'm at work using my cellphone and the page froze and refreshed...
Anyway, to sum up, I started meditation and locating the Third Eye this past Sunday. Within 10-15 minutes of chanting, I was able to physically feel it!
Increasing the time of mediation per day since then, I came upon a video that explained how to become aware of the throat and Third Eye points.
I was hoping to see the Third Eye, but I only saw the light from it. As it became more intense, I became aware of my heart as well and I believe I accidentally stumbled upon an experience of partial astral projection.
Tingly chest and shoulders in a green tint through my mind's eye, this section of my body began to separate and rise from itself. It caught me off guard, so I could only maintain it for a few seconds before I beca distracted by it.
I am glad it was only partial, otherwise I probably would have been scared.
My main goal was to see the Third Eye and with some practice, pick up on seeing auras.
I don't yet know how to tell for sure whether the Third Eye has awakened or not. But the experience I had last night, partial astral projection, was an amazing experience itself.
