Spiritual Bankrupt

Those of you who have never experienced this feeling I sincerely hope you never do! 
Have you ever experienced the emptiness of a dark future filled with nothingness?  
What did you do to replenish your spiritual bank?

I found that certain negative emotions were depleting my spiritual energy/ life force. Feelings of anger, guilt, regret, lack of forgiveness, just to name a few. After I realized these emotions were draining me, I decided they had to go.....I had to work through the issues that caused me to live with them. Strange as it may sound living with these type emotions each day can become comfortable.  

Although life is feeling a bit congested today, I can still breath with ease of knowing the next second, minute, hour, day, etc...."WILL BE" equipped with all that I need when I need it!!!

Yes I've felt that too, it's almost like a sense of abandonment when all goes quiet

For me personally there is no such thing as the future or past, it took me quite awhile to fully realize this, but it was worth it, i live here and Now, so the mind doesn't jump forward or backward to the illusionary past and future.
