I'm a naturalistic gardener, i.e. keep it informal and welcome most of nature's 'gifts' that spring up!
Come into my garden.... (as with all the photos, click on the image for better viewing.)
This was the view from my front garden this summer. It was just a concrete area when I moved here but nature has reclaimed the area and what can be seen is the garden escape flower, red valerian. (The blue bits are the concrete - heavy colour editing!)
Another garden escape - in my front garden - pink anemones (from next door!)
In my back garden, my lawn meadow (with nigella flowers) and Japanese maple tree
Lastly, co-starring the wild flower Golden Rod (yellow) in the lawn meadow. I planted the hydrangea bush (on the left) and red crocosmias (at the front of the photo). At the back is a loquat tree (here when I moved in) that bears the loquat fruit.
