Has anyone tried gazing into crystals (not crystal balls) actual pieces of crystal, if so did you see anything in it, and which crystal did you use?

I have used a medium sized piece of smoky quartz to scry. When I do, I do not see pictures, I receive impressions, I would say. I tend to feel things more than see them; I just "know".

Hi Witchymama, funny you pulled this back up because since I posted I saw an angel (not my thing really was surprised to see it,) in a piece of crystal a while ago.

I have a quartz that is special to me. I love looking into it and finding new details that I have never seen before. I always feel at peace after meditating on it, and I feel more clear about life as well. I'm grateful for this crystal.
