Can you use crystals to help with skin problems? I ask because for the past 6 weeks I have had spots coming up in exactly the same place, they go then come back Or would I be better treating them with the aloe vera?

I would be weary about just using an alternative solution for the answer to what you are facing now.
Yes, it may help with the "problem" but it may not really get to the root cause of the issue. If you are breaking out repeatedly it may be a sign of an imbalance in your life, or your diet. Clearing up the skin may not resolve the problem.

Re: Crystals for skin?
I know this is going to sound silly, but here goes...
I have a tendency to rub rocks and crystals on my face. I don't know why. I'm an ex-smoker, so it might be a hand to face habit....
I have a piece of tumbled river rock that my daughter gave me a while back and it seems to absorb all extra oils and whatever from my face. When I have blemishes, I rub that stone on my face and its normally gone by the next day. It also leaves my face feeling smooth.

Hi Katiecat, I don't think it sounds silly at all after all some use precious metals in this way for example rubbing a stye with a gold ring.
Just when the caterpillar thought the world was over, it became a butterfly.
