Getting back into it?

What are your thoughts on getting back into mediumship after a break? How difficult (or easy) do you find it?

Does it affect your confidence and if so how do you deal with that, is it good to jump right in or ease yourself back in gradually?

I have had many breaks from mediumship, i have had no issues at all get back, it to me is just like riding a bike, you never forget, but i suppose in a sense, all we do is open a door to spirit, they do the rest.

No I don't think you lose it either, it's hard getting your confidence back though or is that just me.........

it's not really difficult...

concentration and focus are the key to get back into mediumship

If anyone knows how to concentrate,,, anyone can slao get in back into mediumship

It is a good post, though I do differently as you mentioned, none of us work identically, I liked your visualisation with the candle flame
