I did some cleansing...

I finally sorted out my clothes I always buy second hand so I pay literally pennies for most of them, but it was getting beyond a joke, it's years since I had a good clearout but now it is done, I was ruthless, not going to waste the ones i'm getting rid of either they're going to family they can choose what they like then pass them on

I do that occasionally too. I take the clothes that I don't need into the op shops....but unless I take them in almost immediately, I have a tendency to drag some out again and wear them and then realize again why they were in the op shop bag ( too tight, too uncomfortable, feel all wrong, don't sit right).

I put some clothes in a clothing bank today I really had to struggle with myself not to look through them again and resist the urge to keep some of them

Yes it's very hard to do that. I always have second thoughts about some things. And I have to keep telling myself...no know you look awful in that colour, no you know it doesn't fit right, no you've had it for 10 years and have worn it twice.....It is meant for someone else!!!
