Question : Do the Planets have an Effect on the Destinies of Individual Men ?

Taking in that the tides are controlled by the Moon and the Earth and Moon and the other planetary bodies revolve around the Sun we have do they too effect us ?

We are born and in Astrology assigned to a Planet Sign in that are ewe in some way ruled by that planet ?

Hi Lynn i'm really undecided on this.

The one who is supposedly the incarnation of Edgar Cayce, was born in the exact alignment as Edgar Cayce, besides looking exactly like him.
If this is all correct, then there must be a reason why he chose an identical planetary alignment, which is only available, not exactly sure, would have go and look it up, but about 150 years.
