    I've certainly used them in the past.

    They are worth trying. There is a wide range of essences covering a multitude of ailments and issues.


    If the problem is specifically one of anxiety, a herbal nervine might be more direct. Nytol is a good one, available in chemists. It is intended to help induce peaceful sleep at night, though the ingredients - valerian and passiflora - are widely used in nervine formulae. Taken a couple of hours before a specific event, if its that that is troubling you, they will greatly help keep you calm.

    Rock Rose, how interesting that is one I have never used. I favour Agrimony and Mimulus lol   oooh are we giving away too much here?
