    as i've spent the last couple of months sleeping twice as much as usual which left me sluggish, I feel better for less hours but the downside is i'm not remembering any dreams, the longer I sleep the more dreams I have and remember, but on four hours next to nothingI've been sleeping less.. 81488 any tips?
