Am I being haunted?

So I'm not sure if I'm being paranoid or not but I'm constantly afraid in my house, always looking over my shoulder and when I go in my room I feel trapped. I keep trying to justify everything but I can't. I've being smelling the smell of like a burnt match randomly in certain places but no one else can smell them but me, I spoke to my friend about it recently and she was really shocked because she said she smells the same thing but only at work. I always hear weird noises like tapping on my bed and just 10 minutes ago I heard a really loud bang it shook my lights but when I went upstairs to check on my mom shes was fast asleep it's really freaked me out, then about 5 minutes ago a weird sound came out my speakers even though my headphones are plugged in. I'm really worried that I've bought something in my house because couple months ago I randomly drew a picture of a girl on my wall all in black an red rain around her. The last week I've became really depressed & it's really out of character. I just want to know if I'm over reacting or I should be worried?

well theres deffinitly a ghost/spirit/demon in your house all you have to do is tell it to leave and it will leave dont be afraid because they feed on fear!

You could ask what ever it is,to leave your home.

Or bring a medium in to check your home out.

It's hard to cope when we feel like this, you shouldn't feel afraid in your own home, some believe 'cleansing' a property can help to clear things like this, things like placing salt on dishes in the four corners of a room (taking care animals children cannot touch it) ringing bells is believed to drive out unseen/unwelcome visitors, certain crystals are believed to help and smudging, we do have a section on cleansing if you want to look into it further.
