My goal

I think that I have a great gift of mediumship that with continued work will blossom into a beautiful lotus flower. The signs are all around me. i see the spirit, I feel the spirit, and I am beginning to hear the spirit other than in just meditation. I see the spirit all the time, at first when i was alone, now it is when my family is around as well. I always see them around my daughters room as if they are guarding her. When I see them it is almost as if I am seeing them through a clear globe. Sort of like I am in a snow globe looking out.

My goal is to build on my skill so that I can help others in their grief when missing loved ones. I want to show people that there loved ones are not always necessarily gone, if only they would close their eyes and open their hearts so that they could feel their loved ones, hear them, see their signs. No one is ever truly alone. I want to learn as much as I can, grow as much as I can, so that I may help others connect and see that they are not alone in this world.

Sure but where should I begin with help. If this what you mean. Where is a good place other than this forum to learn how to grow in my meditation? I have been doing this on my own. So far so good but sometimes I wonder if there are skills that I am missing. I guess what I am asking is what exactly to you mean by your comment. I am confused. Sorry.

If you are asking if I want practice, then yes. Practice makes perfect. Even if I am wrong at first. It is the only way I will become sucessful and helpful.

what i meant was simple really, if you wish someone to practice a mediumship reading go a head you have one bunny here :)

as of how to start and what skills you need...oh....i don't really know how much you know and what... but here is a simple advice: allways be honest, don't try to make things look nicer or darker.
and do not try to explain or interpret the messages you receive from spirits. the message is not for you but for the one you are doing the reading for, and what might make sense to you or not will do the opposite to the person in front of you. so when you get lets say - sun, don't take it as a symbol, but as what it is - sun. if the sitter can't relate to it, try to see what sun means to him or her, and only when this do not work try to understand it as a symbol.

anyway, if you want to try and see if any spirit is coming for me, LET me know first you are doing that - ok.

Ok. I will try. Might not get anything but it doesn't hurt to try. I will attempt it the next time I meditate which will either be tomorrow morning or the next if this is ok. Thank you Shayn, I appreciate the offer of practice! Wonderful.I am not extremely experienced. Ok and sometimes very accurate with my tarot cards, I seem so sense things in people. I have received some messages for others and have delivered them and have had them be helpful. But that is the extent of it. I am still learning how to "listen" or so I was told this morning during meditation "just listen". Thank you so much for the opportunity!!!!

Mary, 2 things: don't appologize, you are learning, this is what is great about this place, you can practice and no one will judge you but give you an honest feedback. you can post in the reading section that you wish to practice you skills and i'm sure you will get many who would enjoy a trail reading :)
the more you practice the easier it become and once you get enough practice you will see that the right teacher to help you take the next step will enter your life.

ok, thank you. I will post in the reading section that is a great idea Shayn I think I will do that. Before I do your reading would it be ok with you if I so a small tarot reading of past present and future for you? I need to get back into my tarot cards as well as using the idea that I believe that you gave me of pulling a card and seeing what I feel from it and meditating with it. So many things and so little time I tell you. Thank you for all of your help Shayn. You are truly wonderful.

No tarot please!!!!!!!!!! nothing about knowing about my life in anyway, i avoid doing that... so don't take this personally or in a wrong way.. but it is something i just don't want to know. rarely i ask for readings.. really rarely...
connection with spirits is good, as for a reason i can't understand, i feel/see spirit for others but not for myself, not loved ones from my own life :( so anything there would really make me day..but nothing about my day to day life, maybe because i'm a tarot reader myself, maybe because i know things, i don't know.. i guess it is a kind of fear i have. the fear for knowing something i don't want to know or fear of knowing what i know, so please...sorry i can't help you there :( but i hope you understand me.
