You can place certain crystals in water (usually something pure like spring water) and leave it to stand in either moon or sun light then drink it, it can be used to aid medical problems (but should never be used in place of correct medical advice/ treatment) but there is a bit more to it than that for instance some crystals should not be placed in water as it damages them.
It also has a limited shelf life.
I'll try to find some more info on this but it can be beneficial for healing and other things, you could water ailing plants or give it your pets for example.
As a precaution i'd avoid buying Elixirs online unless from a reputable company as there are people out there who will sell you plain tap water.
