  Reading elsewhere, and checking your postings, it looks like you've not been around this website - and presumably not moderating - for about two years.    Little wonder I couldn't understand why I hadn't realised.

Shame that Rainbow wasn't around during some of the fracas that caused people to leave etc and the marketing spammers and so on?

Maybe you have lol? Does Violet know you are back? Do you still have moderators tools etc? It has been years since you logged in.

IMHO mods would be an asset here!

I sent Violet a pm last night. She's not got back to me yet. Possibly thinking up a suitable punishment.

I did find him. I'm not sure what he was chatting away about. He seemed happy enough though.

I'm staying. Just logged in on my phone, so I can get here any time now, provided I'm not being chased by a grumpy goose!

hehehe I have a grumpy goose too , had to fend him off so I could get my delivery today lol!  Its that time of year.

Do you have geese or was that a moan?

I don't have them personally. I live right next to the canal bank and all the Canada geese are visiting. They do every year. Pair up, nest, have the cutest goslings then buzz off farther down the canal. Most of them on the stretch I use most are fine, I say morning to them and they nod back at me and we all go on our way. But this one, ooh, he's a grumpy bugger. I walked past his wife yesterday and she was absolutely fine with me. She looked up, then carried on munching the grass. He decided to give me a hiss, we eyeballed each other ad we passed round each other, then the cheeky swine went head down, neck out and charged at me! So I clapped at him and he backed off so being the fool I am, I turned my back on him and carried on walking off. Good job I turned around to check on him when I did. He was about two feet away from pecking my left buttock! So I spun around and clapped at him again and told him to effing behave. He stayed away that time. He wasn't as bad today, but I had bread with me. I know why he's doing it but I was nowhere near the nest. I'm not even sure she's started building one yet.



It's funny though, because two months ago you wouldn't have caught me anywhere near a goose. They terrified me. Now I'm clapping at abusive ones!
