Last night as I was dropping off to sleep I heard my mother (in spirit) say "Alright love?". It was so clear that I really jumped and was wide awake. It was a phrase she used to use.
I have felt she is around the last few days - I've had some pain and when I asked spirit for help I "saw" my mothers arms hugging me (I was awake).
I do know about hypnogogic sounds/voices and know that I have experienced them, they seem to be random and I ignore them.
Hearing my Mom last night - it was her voice and something that she would have said to me knowing I had a pain. I'm therefore inclined to believe it was her, but am I right in doing so? The difference seems to be very subtle?

Again, we are not talking about some uniform mass. Who said what was said? Why was it said? Even if something is said, the mind still has to interpret what it thinks it heard or saw. maybe you should take notes Voices, and write down what happens on your Wednesdays, the usual, the unusual, dreams, etc ... and then you will have it, should something happen that you might not connect with til a later date in time ?
