Confessions of a Crowdeer Empty Confessions of a Crowdeer

    "Confessions of a crowdeer"

OK, I am a crow. Maybe I’ll grow out of it, I don’t know.

Now I will tell you the story of how I became a crow and it’s the same old
story another crow told me, way down yonder under a sycamore tree! *

Note that I have a friend inside called “Dream Tiger.” All crows know that
you cannot ONLY be a crow, but you have to have an inner balancing
factor. Just one of those Crow thingies.

I think humans call it anima or animus.

When I was little, I was a puppy. I played with the bigger dogs and we
always had fun. They were quicker and faster than me, and I figure I
would grow into that speed but I never did. That is when I realized by
body was not like a puppy at all.

Then I thought maybe I was a human. I found problems with that right
away though. Humans seemed to have to live in cages, inside of fences,
and on leashes. That didn’t seem so good to me.

That is NOT when I became a crow, though!

I became a deer instead. It was cool and I could jump the fences. The
deer thing was fun, and sometimes I could run so fast and jump so well
that some people thought I was a magical deer
made out of something like ultraviolet light and star-fire, and they even
mistook me sometimes for a magical Unicorn.

AH, but then I found out about the deer hunters. So I became a crowdeer
(that is more actually who I am now) - but crowdeer cannot fly as well as
crows, and they are absolutely terrible at stealing shiny things. They tend
to find them and eat them and turn them into light trails (crowdeer poop)
