What makes us Tick?

What makes us all tick?   Why are we all so different from one another?
I know genes come into it,like our relatives will say...'Oh,she or he is so much like her mother or father's side of the family'.

This includes character as well.     

What I am curious about is what part  of the soul who takes over the physical body has to do with this?

Right,Amy but I always have a feeling there is something extra there.   Something apart from the soul, that helps to form our physical body.    Something more elusive that we don't know much about.....

nothing ever wrong with making good happen. i don't just act mess on purpose, i feel to some i do act a mess - but i'm just sprung - but i'm just wafer'ed by the mess ups of what i have to go thru cause people don't listen - that they like beat batter on the roughen show. i just, just lower my head as therapy instead of anger and i don't know no better.

I think that sometimes what "makes us tick" is our life's purpose whether we have found out yet what it is or not.  There are some things that we are drawn to whether we wish it or not.  We are pulled to act a way and behave a way without even realizing why.
