This is my first post so very excited!!!
I have had dreams over the past two years about being lost in a desert and it would create quite a bit of unrest in my day to day life. I tried all sort of techniques including water therapy to try and drown out the negative dreams I was having.
Two days ago a friend brought back some sand from Southern Africa which I have been carrying around my neck and it has made all the difference. I dreamt last night of being in an oasis in the desert filled with love and laughter.
This is the best rest I have had in the last three years. Please let me know if you have had similar dreams as I would really love to help.
