One should always be prepared in life.. Anything could happen.. But when we start to be afraid, we live in that mindset. We weaken ourselves, and we bring this into our world. When we are weak, we lower our defenses, and our immune system, and we are unable to fight things. And we will get sick. And we will get sick more often.

Tonight I wanted to watch the news. All the news was about Ebola, on every channel I could get. I got so mad, I threw the remote at the wall!
