Hi Joan, We may all worship the same God, but that does not guarantee that we will always get along.  Some people may have the same biological Father, and they don't get along.   Here in the USA we all have the same President, but we don't get along.  So, just because we all worship the same God is no guarantee that we'll 'love one another.'
This isn't a 'God problem'.  This is a 'people problem.'  Here in the West we are very tolerant (in general).  We are much more tolerant than most other societies.  We are often tolerant to a fault.  We are rapidly accepted gays (gay marriage is spreading throughout the USA right now); we no longer have segregation; women are finding their rightful place in society, ec. etc. etc.  So, those who attempt to paint the West as intolerant are mislead.
The problem comes down to this: those who come to the West need to respect the West. When they don't respect their hosts, they should not expect to always be treated politely. So, it's not a "God thing." It's a tolerance thing. The guest (the Moslem) must be tolerant of the host (the West.)

Since I see everything in energies, to me it is more an energy problem then a God or people problem.
We are in turbulent times, and energies are flooding into this planet, of cause not just this planet but this part of the galaxy.
Picture an old lake without any major flow trough, where all the impurities settle on the bottom of the lake as sediment.
This lake was in this state for a very long time, thousands of years.
Now a new inflow has formed, a very strong inflow indeed. What happens as a result of this, all the impurities come to the surface.
They have to, if the lake should come to a more pure state.

We are a vain race, my friend. We believe that only what we believe in is the right thing, and we will do whatever we can to deny others the right to believe the same.

In time others will "wake up" and see through the veil and lies of fear and will create ripples into the ocean of knowledge and bring in new waves of change.. It will take time.. Until the new water comes in fully and the old debris is pushed out into the water to be purified into the new.

I somewhat agree with you.  I look at the 'energy' as either advanced or immature spirits.  I believe, like you that we live in turbulent times, and that energies are flooding into this planet.  This is causing a mixing up of the energies. But, a purer, more advanced planet will the result.

It's probably just one of those things that folk say without literally meaning it anyway but "We are often tolerant to a fault." followed by referring to the acceptance of gays and gay marriage is probably not an intended association.

It was a poor sequence of words on my part and not an intended association.  Thanks for pointing that out!

What the heck. Your post makes no sense at all.

I'll give you an example of my intolerance and I hope it spreads.

I see that people learn of the world from many sources and many people. When someone learns something new they pass it on to others, providing them with their newly formed awareness and perceptions. This can be a good thing or a bad thing. When someone learns something bad or evil or desrtuctive they often go about in the same manner to try and spread this new harmful form of awareness, which then gets passed onto others in the same manner. When you examine really closely the nature of awareness and perception and the nature of potential that manifests them and reality around us, you will see that without the negative awareness and perceptions of the world the world is free of them. And so when I hear someone telling me that people are sick and evil and intolerant then I have to question their motives and their future as well. Because that awareness will only align to perceive the world and form the world in into that perception. So when I discover something negative I leave it alone and do not spread it around. If i see  something evil in someone I do not make a stereotype that places all people into the same negative perception of all people that I really got just one person. And so I hope my intolerance to the perception that people are intolerant does spread. In this way maybe people can learn how to better control the enrgies and will they are projecting and casting into the world around them.
