When crystals don't appeal

I was just responding to a post in another thread when the idea for this thread came into my head.

Do you think certain crystals don't appeal for good reason? Are there any crystals you can't bear to be near because they repel you so much?

If yes why do you think this is? And which crystals don't appeal or repel you?

Are there any crystals which are noted for being negative or difficult to work with that we should avoid at all cost?

i really have no answers, but once it did happened to me that a crystal i had for sometime, i just couldn't have it around any more, couldn't stand see it or have it near me, and i felt so guilty and sad as i bought it at one time as i really loved it. but i just couldn't take it being around me, so eventually i returned it to earth after asking forgiveness and wishing it good return to mother earth.

I also heard you could repair crystals that way.

if you can refind them after placing them back into the ground.. :)

I believe they move around in the ground one solution for this would be to bury them in the ground inside a plant pot, leave a marker above the ground where you buried it a plant pot is a lot easier to find.

i'm not sure how i feel about the plant pot, for some reason i feel it is not "right" but can't really explain that.. btw, i did "lost" few crystals this way, but i'm sure they are very happy to be back home at the gound...

did you ever felt something like that? that you don't like a crystal or that you didn't felt good about one of your crystals?

Not so much feeling bad about them, but I have passed a few on to other people when it's felt right to do so.

well, that makes sense.

This happened to me recently with the Baltic Amber I have. I went from not being able to get enough of it to not being able to stand it at all in a very short period of time.

I don't know why this is...but I don't like it anymore. I like my Libyan Desert Glass far better. The vibration is 'higher' and connects with me better on all levels.

Perhaps it's energies or attributes were only meant to help you on a minor matter or for a short period, perhaps you don't like it anymore because you don't need it any more.

Re Violet: That thought has crossed my mind actually. There are some others that I am not overly drawn to and know of only one person to 'gift' them to (she does Reiki I and Reflexology). I've given her a number of my crystals I don't need anymore. I would give them to that fellow that I gave a whole ton to along with a book, but I don't see him anymore...so I give them to her since she can utilize them with her Reiki healing.
