Why can't I 'see' my Husband?

I can 'sense' him when he is around but cannot 'see' him or 'hear' him.

Why?

I once received a message from a medium,a very clear message.

That message came from my husband.

He could not understand why I could not 'see him'.

I am contiually told that he is near me. I received the impression that he was quite upset over this.

He also requested that I find a Trance medium or a Direct Voice medium so I could 'hear' him more clearly.

I do hear him now and again but briefly in a soft whisper.

Many times I feel i have imagined his voice.

Only once I heard him clearly speak my name and that was two weeks before his funeral.

Why if I can 'hear' him that one time and 'see' him clearly in dreams,why not when I am awake?

Maybe you are blocking yourself, because you want it so badly that you are trying too hard. Maybe relax, let go and not think about it as much as feel? I do this with my meditation all the time, and it holds me back.

Thanks girls.

Strange I can drift off to sleep and 'hear' male voices giving me messages but never hubby's.

I've wondered why?

Spirit come through so easily while in that state so wondered why Ken didn't try.

Anyway,will try to relax more,trouble being my mind is always active durng the day.

It will happen Joanie, there is not maybe to it.

Not sure what to do to try and 'see' him. We can relax enough to 'hear' spirit but what on earth would it take,to 'see' them?

In the faces of the things and those we love? In everything we see, the birds, the oceans? One of my messages that came through were gain your knowledge in the those faces that you see and from those around you.

That's something I never thought of but reading what you put,it makes sense.

For the same reason most people can not see about 90% of thing around them.
Our band width of visual perception is actually very narrow. The same goes with sound.
There are some people who can hear a dog whistle, but most can not. It is just out of or range.
So is ultra violet light, and again there are people who can see it.
I am actually glad, we can not see all those spirits around us, what a mess it would be.
Will not comment on the situation with your husband, it is between you two if you want to hold on to each other.

I was married nearly 25 years to my husband.

We had a very good marriage so of course,I would love to see him once more.

I had my answer last night.

In a dream.

I didn't see while awake but dreamed hubby and I were together.

Walking down a street in a small village. Doing Xmas shopping.

Sitting looking forlorn was a small Yorkshire terrier,lead trailing from it's neck.

The lead was tied to a lamp post.

I stopped and untied the lead and realised it was our pet Yorkie in life called Pippin.

We took her home to where we lived in the dream.

Not a home in physical life.

There was also a lady in the dream who lived in the house with us.

She was not familiar to me in the dream but have a strong feeling she was there for a reason.

Guide?

I feel much happier now.

Now I know he is around me.
