When you meditate to feel the sensation that you are being touched. Touches on your face, arms, hands, hair being brushed back? ect. I feel this often and am not sure what it is. This morning the crystal that I had in my hand while meditating moved when i asked for messages. Does anyone expereince this? Is is just my body experiencing relaxation into deeper relaxation?

The only time I feel touching or my hair being brushed is when spirit are around, it's one of the ways they tell me they are there.

Oh, ok I will remember that. I feel it all the time even when I am not meditating. Several times I get the sensations throughout my day. That and a lot of cold tingles.

Yes i've had some amazing sensations during meditation, I count myself lucky, I believe it is spirit as they draw closer when we meditate, another key time i've felt this is just before I go to sleep at night just when i'm about to drop off which is imo very close to the meditative state.
Just when the caterpillar thought the world was over, it became a butterfly.
