    Hello hello!
    I've been SO busy this week that I've barely had five minutes to myself.
    I am wondering if you have any proven nice methods for the ultimate relaxation, any superfoods, supplements, nice pamper things.
    I am thinking back to when I was more relaxed - lavender, epsom salts, chia seeds and plenty of water really helped.
    Thought it would be nice to share some thoughts, ideas and try and be zen haha!

    If you're prone to stress/irritability, then I can highly recommend taking a
    Vitamin B complex (i.e. all of them together since they work synergistically).
    It's known as a nerve tonic. (If you have a yeast condition, e.g. dandruff,
    athlete's foot, candida then take one that's yeast free).

    Hey!
    At the moment I am on a zinc (acne), vitex chaste berry (hormonal balance) and vitamin e (general plumpness of skin etc) supplement - do you thinking mixing in vitamin B would do me harm? These are all of the purest forms.

    Before you drop off the sleep tonight,Stephanie,when you retire to bed try this.

    Starting with the feet,stretch those toes as hard as you can,hold,then let go.
    Three times. Next the legs,stretch those legs,hold then let go.

    Onto the body,stretch and let go. Hold those muscles tense then relax!

    Move to the shoulders,hold then let go.

    Next the face,hold the face muscles until it hurts.

    Last tense the whole body,drawing those muscles in let go and let the whole body completely relax.
    Lie there for several seconds. It takes a while to do it but well worth the effort.

    You will sleep like a baby.....and feel your body is floating away....Wonderful.

    I know we hear so much about meditation and quite honestly I cannot meditate myself.

    But I do see scenes in my thoughts or try to visualise them which is helpful for bringing spirit through.

    My favourite is visualising the sea. 'Seeing' those waves roll in gently.
    Surf on the top. The colours of blues and greens. Very relaxing.....

    Oops - sorry about the delayed reply....only just seen this post.

    Yes vitamin B will mix easily with what you are taking - it's not a medicine but a food supplement. You will soon feel the benefit of it. Since reading your other thread (alcohol/depression), you may be interested to know that alcohol really depletes the body of vit b1 (thiamine), so take a vitamin B complex that is high in vit B1.
