I've been SO busy this week that I've barely had five minutes to myself.
I am wondering if you have any proven nice methods for the ultimate relaxation, any superfoods, supplements, nice pamper things.
I am thinking back to when I was more relaxed - lavender, epsom salts, chia seeds and plenty of water really helped.
Thought it would be nice to share some thoughts, ideas and try and be zen haha!
