My 10 mins Meditation

Hello, everyone.

I done myself a 10 minute meditation the other day.

I done a deep relaxation- guided meditation I found on youtube. So I was doing it. I went deep into the meditation( as in relaxation) it hard to explain. But it fet as if the blackness in your eyes was getting bigger and bigger and qrapping around my face. I was feeling very intense vibrations alla round my body. Also, t of my body was numb.

Auras,be careful of what kind of meditation you do.
That sounds rather scary.....
