I'm somewhat very annoyed.

I've been doing accurate readings for the past couple of days then the next minute I carnt do them no more.

You should try some self hypnosis, it used the power of sggestion. Which means you can out a suggestion to your sub-conscious. Make you better, with effort, Obviously.

Funny enough I bought the one with less vitamin c, lol, I got advanced centrum, mens and performance which I was one had more vitamin c.

But mine has more Iron, and lucatin, which is good for eyes, which others didnt have.

I was also referring to which vitamins and minerals not herbs? lol.

I don't have a clue what you're talking about.

Auras, usually when I feel those feelings during a reading it is instantaneous and lasts perhaps a few seconds then it is gone, are those feelings staying with you longer than a few seconds, if so you need to ask them to take it away, the feeling that is not the spirit.  I think I said somewhere that you need to be very disciplined, not just you but ANY medium, and I believe this is what Mac meant by his comments about your development as you still need to learn things even mediums who have been working 50 years will find they are still learning, it's a continual journey.

What I meant by that us for someone reason I got angry and punched the wall. But the weird thing was, it felt like someone was controlliing my actions.

Hi Auras which is why you need to learn to control your mediumship, rather than it controlling you, I hope this didn't happen in front of the lady you were reading for?
