I have tried the past life meditation but just always wondered that if I go to someone to get a past life regression if it would be the same. All the past lives make sense on what fears I have but I just don't know what to think about it all.

Hi Love&light, past life regression is not for the feint hearted, i'd think very carefully before doing this as it can deeply affect some people, decent practitioners would counsel someone prior to having it done for this reason.

That is something I have always wanted to try....a past life regression.
Never had the guts to do it though....Imagine if we turned out to be a murderer.
How would we feel? Knowing we have taken another's life? Would our conscience bother us learning about this life?
