Lovely experience earlier on. Was listening to a guided meditation, his voice was soothing, I felt so relaxed then I turned it off, and watch listening to some guy rant about astral projection! I closed my eyes, fell into a nice relaxed state, Head felt heavy as I went deeper, Pressure on my third eye. I went further into the blackness. And Next thing I know, I see a white cube! This white cube gave me some positivity. My focus point. Next time am gonner go deeper into the cube and take my physical awareness away. The guy that was ranting, it was like he wasn't speaking no more until I came back and he was still rambeling! A lovely experience it was!
