I don't know if My Dad Astral projected But one night something strange happened when he was lying in bed a grey smoke entered under his bedroom door then made a sucking noise and entered into him he said afterwards the clock changed times from 6 am to 5 am I don't know if this was astral Projection or not could someone help me understand it better then I would know if that's what he experienced or not.

that doesn't sound like astral projection from my own experiences with it. everyone experiences it different though. normally the soul remains the same in people who are alive (human shape) and astral projecting. when people are dead and stuck earthbound, their soul can appear as smoke and a variety of ways.
