I've never been to a SNU Church. In my area there are 3 Spiritualist Churches, but none part of the SNU.

The SNU is found only here in the UK.  Our Spiritualism movement is a little different from that found in the USA.  It's not mandatory for a Spiritualist church to be part of the SNU in much the same way as it's not necessary for Spiritualists to be part of it either.  Or not necessary for mediums of any flavour to be Spiritualists.

We went to a SNU church last night for their Sunday divine service, and it was lovely. Not what I expected and I'm happy I've found this church. :asmile:

I'm pleased to hear you say this.  Although I'm a +30 year Modern Spiritualist I'm not a churchgoer but I support what they can provide for seekers....

I would never have thought that I'd be in a church again. The service itself is mostly mediumship and a few hymns. But they have other services during the week, like a development circle (open circle) and also healing.

That's all great stuff too - glad you've found something you like.  Who knows?  One day I might need to return to the roots of my persuasion....
