An meditation exercise
Ok after you read this i want you to take a few deep breaths and relax in your chair, relax as much as you can then close your eyes, then i want you to find yourself in a field, the skies are blue the sun is shining but not hot, it's just pleasantly warm, feel the grass around your ankles and hear the birds in the background, walk through the field sensing everything i just mentioned, don't worry if you can't see anything you can feel the wamth of the sun and the grass, you can hearthe birdsong and even smell the grass.
when you feel ready sit down for a few moments and see if you can feel hear or see anything, don't worry if you can't at this point, when you feel you have sat long enough in the field stand up slowly and walk away from the spot you were just sat in and slowly open your eyes, do a quick job like making a drink or go and wash your hands as this will 'ground' you.
