    A BASIC RELAXATION EXERCISE
    Sit comfortably, you may have soft music playing, incense burning or a few candles lit, take a few slow deep breaths in through the nose and breath out through the mouth visualising any negativity or tension being released on the out breaths, this alone should relax you quite well.

    SITTING IN SILENCE
    I recommended this to someone recently and they enjoyed it greatly.

    Find somewhere to sit where you will not be disturbed in any way.

    If you can't find somewhere at home go for a walk, find a tree in a quiet place and sit with your back against it this way you are also absorbing the energies of the tree which can only be a good thing.

    Once you are comfortable, with your breathing nice and even and quite sure it is as quiet as it can possibly be close your eyes.

    Just sit

    Don't attempt to meditate, visualise or anything of that nature, don't do this with any expectations.

    Allow mundane thoughts to come and go.

    Simply sit in the silence for as long as is comfortable.
